In a nutshell
The Work at Height Regulations 2005 mean employers, the self-employed and anyone who controls the work of others (such as facilities managers or building owners) have a duty to ensure competent working at height. This course will give you the knowledge you need.

…anyone who works at height where there’s risk of a fall liable to cause personal injury.
Course content
On this half-day (3 hour) course you’ll be given an understanding of the importance of:
• Planning and organising work at height
• The need to assess risks from work at height and select and use appropriate work equipment
• Properly managing the risks of working on or near fragile surfaces
• Inspecting and maintaining the equipment used for work at height
On completing the course you’ll be awarded a 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ certificate of attendance, and may progress to one of our accredited health and safety qualifications.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.
After booking your course you have 14 days to change your mind and request a full refund. You can still request a refund after this date, but this will only be given if you meet the criteria from the college fee policy.
If your chosen course starts within 14 days of you booking your place, then the 14 day refund policy does not apply and any refund will be subject to the college fee policy.
